Overview
An infrastructure experiment exploring how an RTSP camera stream can pass through a controlled relay for downstream viewing or processing.
Problem
A camera stream and its consumers may sit across different network boundaries, making direct access, routing, and stream handling difficult to manage.
Proposed Solution
The experimental relay introduces a controlled service between the RTSP source and authorized downstream consumers, separating camera access from stream delivery.
